Refund policy
Warranty
Mamba GaGa Ball Pits are warranted to original purchaser for a period of 5-years on the panel frames and 3-years on the nets and pads from the date of shipment. Failure of materials and/or workmanship is covered under normal use of the products under normal conditions.
Not covered under the warranty is normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse of the equipment, vandalism, improper installation, extreme weather conditions, or lack of proper care and maintenance as specified in the User Manual.
Inspection at time of delivery
Our products are typically shipped via third party common carriers. Please carefully inspect the crate and packaging for any possible damage before accepting delivery. If damage is possible, please take photographs of the damage and either refuse delivery or, if it appears minor, ensure that the driver makes note of the damage on the delivery receipt before anyone signs for the shipment and before the driver leaves. We cannot file any claim if nothing has been noted on the delivery receipt. Mamba GaGa, LLC is not responsible for replacement on any shipments that are signed for without noting any damage on the delivery receipt.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
All returns require previous authorization. Please contact our customer service line at 855-MAMBA GAGA (855-626-2242).
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. In the event that a return is required due to our error, the 15% fee will be waived and we will pay any shipping fees.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at 855-626-2242.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
